Push-up and Pull-up contest:

One package will be given to the person who is most improved in their push-ups and one package will be given to the person who is most improved in their pull-ups.

Rules: 

Push-ups – You have 60 seconds to do as many push-ups as possible. You can rest however you like. For a rep to count your chest must touch the ground and your elbows must lock-out at the top of the rep. Take and upload a video of your max effort before(there is no specific start-date, you can join the contest at any time). The video must clearly show that you are touching your chest and that your elbows are locking out. Then take and upload a video of your max effort at the end of this contest(Sept 30, 2016). All submissions must be uploaded at the latest by October 3rd, 2016.

Pull-ups – Perform as many pull-ups as you can. There is no time limit. You can rest by hanging but no part of your body may touch the ground or any other object aside from your hands on the pull-up bar. For a rep to be valid your elbows must lock-out at the bottom of the rep and your chin must go over the bar at the top of the rep. Use a pronated grip – chin-ups will not count. Take and upload a video of your max effort before(there is no specific start-date, you can join the contest at any time). The video must clearly show that you are locking out your elbows and that your chin is clearing the bar. Then take and upload a video of your max effort at the end of this contest(Sept 30, 2016). All submissions must be uploaded at the latest by October 3rd, 2016.
